Sure, 1010 Tasker Street looks like a run-of-the-mill South Philly rowhouse from the outside, but step inside, and you may have to duck.
This place is FILLED with… well, antlers.
It’s a listing that’s been making the rounds on local real estate blogs. So Metro called Bob Ciampitti, a real estate agent from Leonardo Real Estate.
“I think they’re hunters,” Ciampitti said of the sellers.
No surprise there.
Ciampitti said the house —a three-bedroom, two-bathroom 1,500 square-feet rowhouse— has seen some interest at its $399,000 listing price. It’s in a booming neighborhood just a short walk to the restaurants and shops on East Passyunk Ave.
“When Iget calls on the home, the first thing i do is forewarn them,” Ciampitti said.”If you get someone who is an animal lover, I don’t want to put them into shock.”
