On Tuesday of this week, Presidential City opened a new leasing gallery. Located on City Avenue, artists Charles Edwards and Serena Saunders exhibited their works and Matt Deifer crafted art live. Guests nibbled on hors d’oeuvres and sipped on specialty cocktails. The new gallery features interactive tablets, 3D models and holographic displays for prospective residents.
