Foodies, socialites, and press were invited to sample the great food and make-shift beach alongside a 22,000 gallon pool. Valley Forge Casino Resort hosted two parties this Fourth of July. The back-to-back bonanza was for the launch of the Valley Beach Poolside Club and the Grand Opening of Chef Luke Palladino’s Fianco.
The Poolside Club also introduced a new food truck, The Break @ Valley Beach. The truck offered pool favorites like Jerk Chicken Nachos, Wipeout Burger and Chilled Blue Crab Dip. When the sun went down the party-goers took to Fianco for classic Italian-American food and a moonlight swim.
