Authorities arrested Hector Martinez, 29, last Thursday on the 6700 block of Torresdale Avenue for the robbery of a Hyperion Bank in North Philadelphia.
Martinez allegedly presented a bank teller at 199 W. Girard Avenue with a threatening note on Oct. 12, then fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.
It is unclear if Martinez, of the 6700 block of Torresdale Avenue, was arrested in the middle of a haircut, or if his lopsided blond shock is an intentional choice.
He is charged with robbery and related offenses.
