Police have made an arrest in the case of a Northeast Philadelphia serial robber who robbed three stores at gunpoint in four days.
William Brown, 18, was arrested on the 7000 block of Saul Street. Also arrested at the same location was a second teen, 14, who police previously said may have acted as a lookout in at least one of the crimes.
A 911 tip caller recognized the suspect from surveillance videos shown on the news at 5 p.m. yesterday and identified the 14-year-old at the same residence.
Brown, of the 3600 block of Rhawn Street, will be charged with robbery and related offenses.
