Police have released the identities of two people shot and killed Saturday night in two separate incidents.
Haseezah Nunrid-Din, 31, of the 2100 block of Melvin Street was shot and killed on Malvern Avenue near 58th Street around 8 p.m.
James Abbott, 41, of the 6900 block of Chester Avenue in Cobbs Creek, was shot multiple times on the 3300 block of Reed Street around 9:40 p.m.
Police have not yet made arrests in either case.
