Police seek man who allegedly stole $100 stuffed giraffe

Talk about sticking your neck out.

Police are asking for the public’s help to find a man whose heart may have been bigger than his wallet onMonday: he’s allegedly seen on video stealing a large stuffed giraffe from a hospital gift shop.

The man allegedly snatched the large gift item fromAtlantiCare Regional Medical Center’s Mainland Campus in Galloway Township, New Jersey, police said in a Facebook post. The store is owned by the volunteer group Mainland Auxiliary, and all of its proceeds go to charity, cops said, adding that the stuffed animal is priced at about $100.
