Disgraced reality star Josh Duggar was the target of a lawsuit filed in Philadelphia on Wednesday from porn star Danica Dillon, who claims Duggar allegedly assaulted her during a sexual encounter earlier this year. Dillon is suing the former “19 Kids and Counting” star for $500,000 in damages, alleging their rough encounter caused her “physical and emotional injuries,” according to court documents referenced in a New York Daily News report, which added that Dillon also said she’s seeing a psychiatrist to treat her severe anxiety following the alleged assault. After performing at a Philadelphia strip club, Dillon said she went with Duggar to a hotel room because he allegedly offered her $1,500 to have sex with him, the Daily News reported.
“He was manhandling me, basically tossing me around like I was a rag doll,” she told In Touch magazine in the presence of a lie detector. “It was very traumatic,” she continued. “I’ve had rough sex before, but this was terrifying.” RELATED:Josh Duggar checks into rehab for porn addiction “I think that after I come out, there will probably be plenty more girls after me,” Danica told In Touch. “I actually really hope that his wife leaves him and takes his children away from him and leaves him a lonely, bitter man. I don’t think he deserves happiness.”
Duggar, who is married with four children, has been at the center of a controversy for much of the year, the Daily News stated, adding that in May, he responded to allegations that he molested five underage girls — four of whom were his sisters — when he was a teenager. His family’s reality series, in which their Christian values are often expressed, was canceled by TLC two months later, the Daily News stated.
