‘Real Housewife’ to get out of prison

Teresa Giudice, the star of ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ who was jailed for fraud, is due to be released from prison this week.

Giudice, who has been imprisoned since January, will be released to her home on Wednesday, Fox News reported. She will remain under house arrest until Feb. 5.

Giudiceand her husband Joe were convicted of hiding their assets from bankruptcy creditors.

They also filed phony applications to get more than $5 million in loans.

Giudice is expected to return to her home in Montville, New Jersey.

After her sentence is complete, her husband Joe will begin his 41-month sentence. Federal authorities negotiated the alternating sentences for the benefit of the couple’s children.
