At 2:35 a.m., police responded to the Gaudenzia halfway house at 13th and Spring Garden street — same block as the FOP lodge — on a report that 61-year-old Roosevelt Glenn woke a fellow resident up and removed her from her “living quarters” at knifepoint. She was able, however, to get away and run for help, police said.
Responding officers found a security guard tied up; he told them that he’d been robbed.
Police think Glenn may be in one of three areas: 20th and Parrish streets in Fairmount, 2900 block of N. Bambrey St. in/near Strawberry Mansion or 4400 Parrish St. in/near Mill Creek. He was last seen wearing blue sweatpants and a white T-shirt.
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Glenn — 5’10, 210 lbs., salt-and-pepper hair, brown eyes — is asked to call Central Detectives at 215.686.3093/94.
