Transit police released a surveillance video of a man believed to be the suspect in a knifepoint robbery.
Investigators released a surveillance image to help find a man who robbed a teenage girl at knifepoint Tuesday afternoon inside a Center City subway station.
SEPTA transit police said the robbery occurred at around 3:30 p.m. at the Broad Street Line’s Race-Vine Station. The 16-year-old victim was not seriously injured, according to authorities.
The suspect was caught on camera boarding the subway and getting off at City Hall, SEPTA said. He then took a Route 13 trolley bound for West and Southwest Philadelphia, as well as Delaware County.
Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to call transit police at 215-580-8111.
