Cheltenham Township police haveissued a warning on its Facebook page to all residents, urging them to lock their cars and inform their neighbors to do the same.

From overnight on Labor Day Monday into Tuesday, there were 11 reported break-ins on people’s cars in the eastern part of the Township, in Elkins Park and Rowland Park neighborhoods,NBC10reported.
