Site: Philly hasn’t perfected being crappy

Philly still sucks, but not as much as Memphis or Detroit.

That’s the verdict of a survey by website Wallethub.com, which rankedthe 62 largest cities in the U.S. according to which is the bestbest and worst places to live inof the 62 largest U.S. cities.

If you aren’t familiar with Wallethub, they’re known for ranking cities by metrics like crime, schools, how easy it is to drive there, and how healthy its citizens are. The liveabilityindex constitutes a kind of ranking of rankings.

To boot: Philadelphia is the 3rd-worstplace to be a driver, is 10th worst for taxes, and itranks 36 out of 62 in taxes. The schools are kind of crappy, but then again, water is wet.
