Sixers trade Jerami Grant to Thunder for Ersan Ilyasova and draft pick

According to The Vertical’s Adrian Wojnarowski, the Sixershave traded Jerami Grant to the Thunder.

The NBA insider wrote on Twitter that: “Thunder have been pursuing a deal for Jerami Grant for several months, and finally struck a deal for him. Teams are finishing trade call now.”

In return, the Sixers get even bigger as they add 6-foot-10Ersan Ilyasova and a conditional future pick, according to Woj’s sources. The pick, according to some other sources, is a first rounder that will be protected.

Ilyasova is a seven year NBA veteran power forward from Turkey with a 10.6 points per game average. At 29-years-old, he will add a veteran presence and perhaps some tutelage for younger foreign-born players like Dario Saric.
