The incident on New Year’s Evemade national headlines: a 75-year-old walking home from the grocery store viciously shot in the face during an alleged robbery.

The crime wasn’t the most eyebrow-raising part to this story, though. The victim walked home after the incident to put away her groceries – andthen waited forhelp to arrive.

At the time, Lt. Dennis Rosenbaum of the Philadelphia Police Department told 6ABCthat the incident happened a little under three blocks from her house and that she put “the groceries away and wait[ed]for police to come and take her to the hospital.”

Now, the PPD has released a sketch of the suspect they say committed the heinous act.

CBS Philly added that the Fraternal Order of Police is now offering a $5,000 reward for the arrest of the suspect with the Citizens Crime Commission chipping in an additional $1,000 for anyone with information that leads to the apprehension, and conviction, of the suspect.

The PPD described the suspect as a Hispanic male in his late 20s to early 30s standing 5-foot-10 with a heavyset build. Cops said he had abeard during the incident, too, and driving a silver car.
