Southern Land Co. recently celebrated the topping off of their 48-story residential building, The Laurel. Guests were able to check out the views from the 48th floor penthouse, which is scheduled to sell for $25 million. Afterwards guests headed to the 38th floor for bites by Schulson Collective, celebratory speeches and the signing of the symbolic last beam. It was also announced at the party that celebrity chef Michael Schulson would be opening the signature restaurant at The Laurel.
