Credit: FacebookThe Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office issued a statement Tuesday identifying the human remains found by a hunter in a suitcase near the Shore as a young mother.Tara Rogers-Alicea, 30, of Monroeville, has been identified as the person discovered in the woods of Egg Harbor Township behind Shore Mall on Sunday, Jan. 5 around 1:30 p.m., prosecutors said.Rogers-Alicea was identified based on photographs of her tattoos that were released to the public and a fingerprint analysis.Rogers-Alicea death has been ruled a homicide and the cause of the death was determined to be strangulation, prosecutors said.According to her Facebook page, Rogers-Alicea is a resident of Turnersville, New Jersey.
