Rittenhouse Sq.), and Bar 210 in the hotel's elegant Lacroix restaurant, where the fancy people drink.SakuraIngredients:2 oz. Sake1/2 oz. Maker’s Mark Bourbon1/2 oz. Amarena Cherry Nectar1/2oz. Yuzu juice3/4 oz. Cherry blossom sodaPreparation:Shake all the ingredients, but not the foam, with ice and single strain into a cocktail glass. Top with the cherry blossom foam and garnish with cherry blossoms.Cherry Blossom SangriaIngredients:6 oz. Cruzan 9 Rum6 oz. Cherry puree3 oz. Marquis de la TourPreparation: Fill a quart container with diced fruit (mango, strawberry, pear, tangerine). Add Cruzan 9 Spiced Rum and Cherry puree and let marinate overnight. In white wine glass rimmed with sweet and sour cherry, add ice and 3 tablespoons of the fruit mixture. Fill with Marquis de la Tour and garnish with a marinated fruit skewer.
