Great Philly spots for Chocolate Chip Cookie Day

Posted

Today is (apparently) National Chocolate Chip Cookie day. So if you’re looking for some sweet treats to munch on today, check out these Philly spots that have got the goods.Insomnia135 S. 13th St,108 S. 16th Stinsomniacookies.comWith three different locations in Center City alone, you don’t really have an excuse not to visit Insomnia. And so many choices! Chocolate chunk, double chocolate chunk, and double chocolate mint for those who are feeling a little adventurous. And those are just the traditional choices. You can go deluxe, ice cream sandwich, or better yet, get a box and share them with friends (or you know, hog them all to yourself). While the food is delicious and bigger than your head, the treats are just as mouthwatering. Cookies are $1.35, Jumbo Cookies are $4.50 and right up front on display when you walk through the door, so you really have no other choice than to pick one up. While they have delicious breads and other baked goods, their cookies aren’t something you want to miss. The chocolate chip cookie is an old-time favorite, but they’ve also got the daring sour cherry and dark chocolate combination available. Yum!
