Credit: Metro file photoIndia Spellman, the woman who shot and killed an 87-year-old WWII veteran in 2010, was sentenced to 30 years in prison Thursday, according to the district attorney's office.Spellman, 20, was only 17 years old when she and a 14-year-old boy tried to rob George Greaves on Aug. 18, 2010. Spellman shot and killed Greaves in the driveway of his Cedarbrook home.The DA's office said Spellman and her co-defendant also robbed a health care aide on the street two hours before Greaves' murder.Spellman was found guilty of second-degree murder and other related charges in February.
