Calling all soccer fans — Philadelphia is taking World Cup celebrations to the water.

This summer, the Spirit of Philadelphia will host a series of soccer-themed cruises packed with live entertainment, food and drinks, international fan gatherings and unbeatable skyline views as the city welcomes visitors from around the globe for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The Global Soccer Fan Cruise Series, presented by Fans Owned Travel in partnership with Philly PR Girl and City Cruises, will feature four events aboard the Spirit of Philadelphia throughout the summer. Each cruise is designed as a floating fan festival, complete with live entertainment, food and drinks, international soccer celebrations, and panoramic views of the Philadelphia skyline.

The series kicks off June 13, when fans of Ivory Coast, Ecuador and soccer enthusiasts from around the world can gather to celebrate the opening days of the tournament. The afternoon cruise will run from noon to 2 p.m., offering an energetic kickoff to Philadelphia's World Cup festivities.

On June 18, the Spirit of Philadelphia transforms into a pre-match party for supporters of Brazil and Haiti. The evening cruise, scheduled from 6 to 8:30 p.m., will serve as a gathering place for fans looking to build anticipation before the teams take the pitch the following day.

On June 21 (5 to 7:30 p.m.), fans can soak up a sunset experience along the Delaware River ahead of the France vs. Iraq match on June 22. Organizers promise an elevated evening filled with music, fan camaraderie and plenty of energy.

And finally, on July 2, the series concludes with a pre-holiday celebration that blends World Cup excitement with Fourth of July festivities. Running from 6 to 8:30 p.m., the final cruise will feature music, entertainment and plenty of soccer spirit as fans continue celebrating one of the biggest sporting events in the world.

Helping welcome visitors throughout the series will be a host committee made up of notable Philadelphia figures, including former Philadelphia Union star Sébastien Le Toux, longtime City Representative Sheila Hess, sports personality and superfan Philly Sports Guy and musician and Philadelphia Music Ambassador Chill Moody. The group will serve as ambassadors for the city, showcasing Philadelphia's culture, hospitality and passion for soccer.

"We're honored to have such an incredible group of ambassadors helping us welcome the world to Philadelphia," said Kate Marlys, founder of Philly PR Girl. "Each of them represents a different part of what makes Philadelphia great — sports, culture, music, community, and an unwavering love for this city."
