Hope you’re hungry, Philly.

Later this month on April 21, the Manayunk StrEAT Festival will be in full swing with 70+ food trucks and vendors on the line-up for 2024. Kicking off at 11 a.m. and running until 5 p.m., the event will boast 110+ total participating businesses spanning local creators, local businesses, live entertainment, and of course, food offerings.

Known as the largest food truck festival in Pennsylvania, Main Street Manayunk will be closed to vehicle traffic to allow all visitors a chance to explore the historic neighborhood in its totality during the StrEAT Fest.

“Manayunk StrEAT Food Festival is one of the most anticipated springtime traditions in Philadelphia and in Pennsylvania,” said Manayunk Development Corporation Events Coordinator Caitlin Marsilii in a statement. “We are thrilled to bring the event back for 2024 with one of our largest line-ups ever – with 70+ food trucks and gourmet vendors. We wanted to really go big this year as we host our year-long Manayunk Bicentennial Celebration.”

Offerings span traditional and unique bites and eats like bacon skewers, gourmet corn on the cob, French crepes, hand-poured popsicles, funnel cakes, lobster rolls, Tibetan dumplings, cheesesteaks, poutines, craft sodas, banana whips, Brazilian BBQ and much more.

Marsilii continued, “We are always excited to bring the region’s award-winning food truck scene right to the heart of Manayunk. It is the perfect pairing with our thriving restaurant scene. We have worked hard over the years to curate the right mix of cuisines, dishes, traditions and vendors – and we hope that everyone will find something truly delicious at StrEAT. We can’t wait to see you on historic Main Street on April 21.”

The list of participants is a who’s who of the regional food truck scene, including Byzantium Empire, Humpty’s Dumplings, Wokworks, G’Day Gourmet, Molto Bene! Ravioli Co., Aunt Dee’s Pound Cake, Bonjour Creperie, Deke’s BBQ, Fishtown Pickle Project, Gigi and Big R, HappyMaki, Husky Jawn, Cousins Maine Lobster, Moocheeze, The Chilly Banana and more, the release notes.

As mentioned before, the rain-or-shine event will also feature vendors selling crafts (think artisan jewelry, dog treats, CBD products and more), live entertainment on two stages, and local spots offering up their own fare and deals (like Bar Jawn, Cactus Cantina, Main Street Pho, The Brass Tap and others.)
