Police identified a 21-year-old man who was shot dead on Thanksgiving as Kensington resident Ryan Kelly.
Police said they responded to a call for a man with a gun on the 3500 block of Almond Street about 5:10 a.m. Thursday, Philly.com reported. Upon arrival officersdiscovered Kelly suffering from a single bullet wound tothe chest
Kelly, who lived on the 3600 block, was taken to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 5:31 a.m., police said.
No arrests were made as of Friday afternoon.
