Three men knock off Rittenhouse Gap, threaten to stab employees: Cops

The Philadelphia Police Department is looking for three suspects cops say robbed the Gapoutlet the day after Christmas.

On Dec. 26, three men entered the Gapoutlet store at 19th and Chestnut streets around 5:45 p.m. whereupon they “attempted to place several items of clothing inside their bags while tearing off the security tags,” authorities alleged.

Cops said that when store security confronted the three, one of them “threatened to stab the employee.”The three then reportedly fled the store.

Cops described the suspects as: a30-year-old black male, medium build, with light mustache and beard wearing a dark coat, jeans and red sneakers; a late 20s black male wearing a white skull cap, denim jacket, blue jeans and brown boots; and, a20-year-old blcak male, thin build, with a goatee and wearing a three quarter length dark coat, blue jeans and a blue Yankees cap.
