The East Passyunk hotspot will be offering an enticing brunch assortment for Mother’s Day from Chef Jessie Prawlucki-Styer—all items will be prepared ready to re-heat and serve and will be available for pick-up on May 9 and 10. Enticing offerings include quiche (made with bacon, caramelized onion, gruyere, broccoli and cheddar for $22), french toast bread pudding ($22), devil’s food cupcakes with dark chocolate buttercream ($5), red berry shortcake ($5) and house-made chocolates ($26 for a 12 pc box). According to a release, Fond’s pop-up food market with The Dutch will also be open all Mother’s Day weekend for ready-to-eat cinnamon buns, lemon poppyseed pound cake, a selection of pastries and breads and more. Those interested can head to Fond’s website to view the menu, call ahead and place your order (orders must be placed by May 6.)

The popular food hall in Old City is offering a unique way to treat the special lady in your life with its Mother’s Day Basket that serves 4-6 people and includes products from 4 different vendors. The basket will include a felt flower from Art Star, Bloody Mary mix with spicy salt and a pickled vegetable garnish and a spring vegetable quiche (ready to re-heat and serve) from Grubhouse,  a 12 oz. bag of ground coffee from Menagerie Coffee and a half dozen muffins (3 chocolate chip and 3 blueberry) from Scoop DeVille. Bridget Foy will be offering an expanded menu for Mother’s Day that includes everything from pasta kits to new wine selections, to brunch treats and even Bellini kits. A few stand-alone items from the expanded menu include pulled pork arroncini, crab cakes, cinnamon buns, kids french toast sticks, an asparagus frittata, a chocolate mousse cup and much, much more. Philadelphians can place their order now to have ready to be picked up this Saturday from 2-5 p.m.

The Thirsty Dice in Fairmount is offering a fun and spirited way to enjoy a Mother’s Day brunch this weekend with their Mother’s Day Crate. The hotspot eatery in Lansdale is offering a few different delicious ways to celebrate on Sunday with their Mother’s Day brunch packages. Edible offerings in the package include scrambled eggs, home fries, bacon, sausage, french toast, fresh fruit, biscuits and gravy and feeds 4 people for $45. Those looking to get a bit more spirited can also get the mimosa package ($30) that comes with 1 bottle of sparkling wine plus fresh squeezed orange juice and grapefruit juice or the Bloody Mary package ($50) that includes 1 bottle of Boardroom Spirits vodka, 1qt of Stove and Tap’s Bloody Mary mix and assorted garnishes. If you want to do things a bit differently this Mother’s Day, why not provide her with a delicious clam bake? Oyster House has you covered on that front, and will be offering a full kit ($68) including 2 whole Maine lobsters, 1 pound of mussels, 1 pound of littleneck clams, potatoes, corn on the cob, pork kielbasa, coleslaw, drawn butter and lemons, lobster crackers, bibs, wet naps, a checkered table cloth and cooking instructions. Hawthorne’s Beer Cafe

The popular South Philly hotspot is pulling out all the stops to celebrate Mother’s Day this weekend. For $50, you can treat the most important woman in your life to a complete brunch experience. The experience includes your choice of a brunch cocktail (options including a seasonal spring sangria, a DIY mimosa and fresh-squeezed OJ kit, or a house Bloody Mary cocktail), then a variety of sweet and savory entrees (think maple walnut cinnamon rolls, overnight baked French toast, Foccacia breakfast sliders, a breakfast enchilada casserole and much more) with a selection of tasty sides as well. Hawthorne’s is also offering brunch items a la carte for the kiddos, and a per person charge for their special takeaway coming out to be $25 per extra person. According to the release, if additional bottles of champagne, rose, wine and mimosa kits are needed, guests will be able to add those to their takeaway order with other brunch sides such as their buttermilk biscuits, thick slab bacon and other brunch goodies from Hawthorne’s market as well. Orders must be made by 5 p.m. this Friday. 

As another special bonus, Hawthorne’s Beer Cafe is also partnering up with Franklin Fountain for a special promotion. The partnership will be offering pints and quarts of ice cream and sorbet in dozens of flavors (Apple Butter, Green Tea, Cotton Candy, Honeycomb, Maple Walnut, Mint Chip and Vanilla just to name a few) to be pre-ordered by Tuesday, May 5 at 6 p.m. for pickup on May 9 and 10—pints are $9 and quarts are $15.
