SEPTA is reporting delays or cancellations on two Regional Rail lines.
The Paoli/Thorndale line has been shut down since 5 a.m. due to overhead wire problems and SEPTA does not know when service will resume, but cautions that the suspension could last all day.
The West Trenton line is still experiencing delays of up to 15 minutes due to CSX signal problems caused by the flooding from Hurricane Irene.
