Both children, who police said were not in car seats and suspect may have not been wearing seatbelts, were rushed to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia for their injuries.

“Police said initial findings are the woman may have been distracted by the kids and ran a red light, striking the cruiser,” ABC Philly reported.

Both the woman and the captain were uninjured, and no charges have been reported.
