Two cars didn’t stop after hitting a pedestrian Saturday night in Hunting Park, investigators said.

Israel Milian, 39, of Olney, died minutes after the crash, which occurred just before midnight on the 4700 block of N. 5th Street, near Roosevelt Boulevard.

Surveillance video released Monday shows Milian standing in the middle of the street, near the center lines, when he was struck by a red-colored SUV that was heading south on 5th Street.

Police said he was knocked to the ground and subsequently run over by a silver car travelling in the opposite direction.

Authorities described the first vehicle as a newer model SUV and said it should have damage to its left-side mirror.

The other car is a two-door Honda Civic with a sunroof. It may have a damaged left front headlight, and the car has old damage to its right side, according to investigators.
