Police have charged four people with reportedly forcibly tattooing a Mayfair man against his will, allegedly using a tattoo gun to permanently pen obscene words and images on his arms.

Three of the suspects reportedly were housemates of the victim, who resided on the 3100 block of Brighton Street in Mayfair.

Corry (also known as Corey) Campbell, 20, of the 3100 block of Brighton Street, Sandra Ng, 19, of the 3100 block of Brighton Street, Jennifer Pratt, 29, of the 3100 block of Brighton Street and David Thomas, 27, of the 93800 block of Jamison Street, are all charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, unlawful restraint, kidnapping, theft, robbery and conspiracy, police said.

The victim reportedly escaped after his alleged captors fell asleep Tuesday morning.

The man called 911 Tuesday at 9 a.m. and reported that since 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 30 he had been assaulted and tattooed against his will by three individuals while being held captive at his residence on the 3100 block of Brighton Street, where he resided with the defendants.

Police observed that the 52-year-old man had tattoos with inappropriate racial and sexual terms and images, severely bruised and swollen hands, bruised eyes, ribs, legs, and torso. The man also claimed his debit card was taken.

Officers and the man returned to the home where they discovered the suspects sleeping in the basement, at which point they were placed in police custody.

Several prescription bottles of Xanax and Oxycodone were located in the home, as were tattoo ink bottles, a tattoo station and items including tattoo needles and a tattoo gun, police said.

The 52-year-old man was brought to Aria Hospital Frankford and was reportedly placed in treatement.
