Iron Hill Brewery Gets Into the Baseball Season With Phillies-Inspired Hot Dogs

It’s Phillies season and Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant is ready to celebrate with their new menu of Phillies-themed hot dogs. Beginning Friday, April 4th, all 10 Iron Hill locations will feature The “Big Piece” Dog and The J-Roll Dog. Named after Ryan Howard, The “Big Piece” Dog features smoked beef brisket,sauteed onions and chipotle barbeque sauce. The J-Roll Dog, after Jimmy Rollins, is filled with smoked pork, creamy coleslaw and sweet mustard sauce. Wash down the dogs with thePhightin’ Phils Pil, aNorthern German-style pilsner brewed with traditional German noble hops, all while catching the game live on the restaurant’s television.
