Philadelphia police are looking for a clumsy robber who struck a Mount Airy Radio Shack on Thanksgiving.
The incident happened around 9:15 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day when the store was closed. The suspect broke the glass on the front door and, after struggling for several minutes, removed the cash register, containing approximately $313, police said.
He fled in an unknown direction.
The suspect is described as a black male, 30-40 years-of-age, stocky build and medium complexion. He was last seen wearing a dark ski cap, gray hooded sweatshirt, tan khaki pants, dark sneakers, and reddish/orange colored gloves.
Anyone with information about the crime or the suspect is asked to call police at 215-686-TIPS (8477) or text a tip to PPD TIP or 773847.
