Authorities released surveillance footage Tuesday in an attempt to identify a gunman who shot a man in broad daylight Monday outside a corner store in West Philadelphia.
The suspect fired 13 shots just before 9 a.m. near the intersection of 56th and Market streets, according to police. A 26-year-old man was struck in the groin and buttocks and is expected to survive.
Investigators said the shooter is a man with a thin build who was wearing a ski mask, black Nike hooded jacket, black pants, and black and red Air Jordan 11 sneakers.
