A Feast of the Seven Fishes sushi dinner presented by Kevin Yanaga? Enough said. At this particular dinner, which comes out to be $60 per person (minimum two people), diners can indulge in hamachi sashimi, salmon crispy rice, octopus robata, oishii shrimp taco, spider roll, chilean seabass onigiri, bluefin tuna onigiri — plus, five sides and ice cream.

SliCE’s Pizza of the Seven Fishes 

If you’re thinking of doing something a little different for the holiday season, SliCE has some options for you. Owner Marlo and Jason Dilks recently announced the return of their annual holiday pie, “Pizza of the 7 Fishes,” and this seasonal dish is inspired by their families’ Christmas Eve traditions.. As a release states, Pizza of the 7 Fishes features mozzarella topped with clams, mussels, shrimp, tuna, crab meat and sardines all sauteed with fresh olive oil and garlic. It’s then topped with anchovies, fresh lemon and basil. Pizza of the 7 Fishes will be available until Christmas Eve and comes out to be $22 for small and $30 for large and new this year, gluten free for $25. The Dilks also brought back another family tradition for your family to share — their seafood caesar salad.

The Olde Bar

On Christmas Eve, the popular Old City establishment will be presenting Chef Jose Garces’ twist on the traditional Christmas Eve meal with seven courses for $85 per person for the prix fixe tasting menu. Courses include: madai crudo yuzo soy vinaigrette; shrimp cocktail; clams in white wine; oysters Rockefeller; curried mussels; bay scallop pappardelle; and pan seared striped bass.

The Fin

The newly opened restaurant in Fishtown specializes in dishes from under the sea — so, a Feast of the Seven Fishes boil sounds like par for the course. This special will run from Dec. 20 to Christmas Eve, and it includes scallops, gulf Shrimp, mussels, clams, crawfish, king crabs, Dungeness crabs, andouille, potato and corn in cajun garlic butter for $95 per person. On Christmas Eve, there will also be a Traditional Feast of the Seven Fishes dinner boasting a variety of dishes ranging from cobia tartar, cioppino with blue crab, mussels, white fish, fingerling potatoes, lobster ravioli in brown butter sauce, house-baked panettone and much more. This offering comes is also $95 per person, and served family-style with an additional wine pairing for $80. Positano Coast

Positano Coast will be offering their own Feast of the Seven Fishes dinner for $70 per person on Christmas Eve. The celebratory dinner will include tuna crudo with lemon vinaigrette; cioppino with octopus, mussels, shrimp, toasted garlic bread; lobster arancini; squid ink spaghettini with crab and lemon gremolata; a Mediterranean branzino filet; and a basket of mixed nuts and Clementines Christmas desserts.

Figo Ristorante

Figo will be offering a dinner menu for $55 per person on Dec. 23rd from 5 to 9 p.m. indoors and in their Igloo dining and outdoor heated patio. The multi-course dinner will feature caesar salad with anchovy caper crostini; seafood antipasto; crab spaghetti; lobster pizza and much more. Diners can then finish their meal with affagato or Italian gelato to end everything on a sweet note.

Cry Baby Pasta

Cry Baby will be offering their own take of Feast of the Seven Fishes on Christmas Eve. That night, Philadelphians can choose between two different seatings, one at 5 p.m. and one at 7:30 p.m. for a prix fixe menu for $55 and indulge in lobster arancini, grilled octopus salad, crab tagliatelle, plus a dessert sampler.

La Famiglia

La Famiglia’s feast is so delicious they are offering it all month long. Every Tuesday-to-Friday until the holiday, the seven-course meal will boast insalata baccala; fritto misto; spaghetti con vongole; filetti di pesce; and struffoli (Deep fried dough rolled in honey.)
