A woman was shot in Northeast Philadelphia yesterday evening.
Police were called to the 7100 block of Oxford Avenue around 8:10 p.m., where they found a black woman, 20, lying in the street with three gunshot wounds to the back.
She was taken to Torresdale Hospital in stable condition.
Police recovered a weapon from the scene and made an arrest.
