An assailant on a dirtbike shot a man in Frankford last night.
The victim, 21, was shot in the leg on the 2800 block of Oxford Avenue shortly after 9:15 p.m. by an unknown dirtbike rider.
He was taken to Temple Hospital, where he is in stable condition.
Police have not yet made any arrests.
