Yards Brewing Company is gearing up for the holiday season with festive events for the whole family and the annual release of their winter brew.
The celebration begins on Saturday, Dec. 7, with Santa Paws. Bring your four-legged friends to Yard’s dog friendly outdoor patio from noon to 5 p.m. and get pictures taken with Santa. This event is no charge but spaces can be saved by registering in advance online.
The joy of the season continues on Dec. 14, with A Very Cozy Christmas — a festive, family friendly, all-day event at Yard’s taproom. Santa will on site from noon to 2 p.m. There will also be a themed coloring station for kids and an ornament decorating station. Those who wear holiday pajamas will get $1 off pints of Philadelphia Pale Ale. Starting at 3 p.m., a pop-up market featuring dozens of local vendors will take over the taproom, making it the perfect place to find your last minute holiday gifts.
All the while you can enjoy Yard’s seasonal offering, a Winter Lager dubbed Long Jawns. Long Jawns is available in 6-packs ($11.99) or 24-packs ($38.99) and is on draft and to-go at the Yards Taproom.
