Authorities are investigating a blaze that ripped through an Andorra strip mall early this morning.
Fire trucks were called shortly before 3:30 a.m. to the 8900 block of Ridge Avenue for reports of a store showing heavy flames. A second alarm was dispatched due to the fire’s volume and the rate at which it was spreading at 3:43 a.m. The fire was placed under control at 4:51 a.m.
Two firefighters suffered minor injuries and were evaluated at a local hospital.
The Fire Marshal is still investigating the fire’s cause and the number of stores affected.
