In anticipation of Super Bowl LIX, the city of Philadelphia is celebrating the Eagles in many different ways—and we’ve got the scoop on them all. Here are some fun ways to celebrate the Birds.
Independence Visitor Center
The Visitor Center is turning into an “Eagles fan hub” in anticipation for Super Bowl Sunday. According to a release, visitors can immerse themselves in the Philly football spirit with interactive experiences, Eagles swag giveaways, and unique activations celebrating Philadelphia’s beloved Birds while here.
Highlights include a DIY Eagles Game Day Pennant, photo experiences with themed balloon displays; free “GO BIRDS” buttons in multiple languages, beaded necklaces, leis, and rings; and an #EaglesEverywhere Community Display where visitors can mark where they’re visiting from, showcasing the global reach of Eagles Nation.

Square 1682
Those who want to imbibe to celebrate their team can head to Square 1682. The Center City locale is serving up a specialty cocktail featuring Bird Gang Bourbon—a limited-edition collaboration between Bird Gang Spirits and the Philadelphia Eagles. Titled the 4th & Jawn ($15) the drink features the green tea-infused Bourbon, Green Chartreuse, cucumber mint syrup, and lime juice, and is garnished with dehydrated lime and fresh mint.

El Merkury
El Merkury is offering green revueltas pupusas (pork and cheese Salvadoran-style stuffed masa cakes) and mini green “E” churros through Super Bowl Sunday. The bites are available for walk in, pre-order on Toast, or pre-order for catering/larger orders on their website. If you’re ordering for Super Bowl Sunday, just select the Reading Terminal Market location since Chestnut St will be closed on that date.

The Betsy Ross House
The historic venue is celebrating the Birds by hosting an Eagles Flag Raising. Taking place this Thursday, Feb. 6, at 11 a.m., the event will also feature free Bird Dogs from Dietz & Watson (until 12:30 p.m.) Betsy Ross herself will host the occasion, and in addition to the ceremony, anyone in Eagles gear will receive $1 off admission through the weekend.

Eagles fans can head to Wilder to celebrate their team in the Super Bowl and order their Sporty Spice cocktail ($16) or the Go Birds Pizza ($14.) Fette Sau
Eagles fans can dine in or opt for some take-out treats at this BBQ locale. Now through the Super Bowl, Fette Sau will be offering its Burnt Ends Philly Cheesesteak (classic burnt ends on a long roll, smothered in cheese sauce, and topped with caramelized onions) for dine-in or through DoorDash for pick-up or delivery. Locals can also opt to purchase the venue’s “make your own cheesesteak” kit for take-out, which they say is perfect for up to six people.

Parc
Those looking to carb up with their fan experience can stop at Parc. The Rittenhouse locale will offer Eagles Boules (French bread in the shape of a squash ball) on Sunday beginning at 9:30 a.m. The $9 treats can be picked up in-house at the bread window (no pre-orders) and will be available while supplies last.
