Child, 2, shot twice in Camden

A 2-year-old child was shot in the arm and leg in Camden on Tuesday night.

A 2-year-old child is expected to live after being shot twice in Camden on New Year’s Eve.

The shooting happened about 11 p.m. along the 1100 block of North 21st Street, 6ABC Action News reports. The victim was shot in the arm and leg.

The child, whose sex was not indicated in the report, was taken to Cooper University Hospital for treatment, and was listed in serious but stable condition.

Camden County police are investigating the shooting.
