A Pennsylvania couple was arrested yesterday when they dropped off their child at a Harrisburg preschool and allegedly also left behind a bag of crack cocaine, according to a report from CBS-21.
Kara Branche, 20, and Antwone Chisholm, 23, were charged with endangering the welfare of children after school employees found a small plastic bag believed to contain the drug around noon. Surveillance video reportedly showed the bag falling out of one of the parent’s clothing.
The two were arrested when they returned to look for the bag while police were at the daycare investigating the incident.
