It’s sort of a unique circumstance for the Eagles, who face the rare challenge of playing their division rival, and cohabitant atop the standings, the Cowboys for the second time in 17 days this Sunday (the first of course was the Birds’ Thanksgiving melee).

But it’s a feat Chip Kelly is confident Philadelphia is up for.

“I think everybody has the same thing,” Kelly said. “They have the same amount of time to prepare for us and we have the same amount of time. It was [17 days] since the last time we played them. Just go play. I think you can paralyze yourself by trying to overanalyze it.

Like their first game vs. the Cowboys in Dallas, the Eagles will make LeSean McCoy (who looks to bounce back from a terrible performance against Seattle) a big part of their offensive game plan.

“We’ll give the ball to [RB] LeSean McCoy in our game, Kelly said. “It’s kind of similar to what happened the last time. It’s just about really going out and executing and which team can execute better and which team can block better and which team can tackle better.”

McCoy has four 100-plus yard rushing games against Dallas in eight starts. In Week 13 he ran for 159 yards and a touchdown.
