Find out how to get free SEPTA tokens Thursday

There’s nothing like getting free stuff, especially when it can take some pressure off your commute or get you down to the stadium for game day.

McDonald’s will be handing out $5,000 worth of SEPTA tokens on Thursday as part of a sponsorship with the Philadelphia Eagles. Subway riders will have the opportunity to get a two-pack of tokens at the Broad Street LineWalnut/Locust station concourse from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. before the Eagles face off against the New York Jets.

This is the third consecutive year McDonald’s has sponsored the Birds, and they have extended their partnership through 2019. Fans will have moreopportunities to win big:

  • The Eagles VIP Fan Experience Sweepstakes: First price includes two tickets to an Eagles game with sideline passes to watch the team warm up, lunch with a player and a tour of the Philadelphia Eagles Nova Care Complex and dinner with two Eagles coaches.
  • Eagles Bundle Boxes: From Sept. 5 to Dec. 31,McDonald’s customers can purchase the Eagles Bundle Box: two Big Macs, two cheeseburgers, two medium fries and a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets for $11.99.
  • Sack for a Big Mack: After an Eagles regular season home game in which the Eagles record a sack, fans who have downloaded the McDonald’s mobile appwill be able to receive a free Big Mac with any purchase.
