Federal prosecutors unveiled a 73-count indictment yesterday against 14 men known as the “Harlem Boys,” a criminal enterprise which allegedly terrorized the Bartram Gardens Housing Development in Southwest Philadelphia.
Since at least 2001, authorities said the men carjacked, robbed and shot several victims and distributed a large amount of narcotics in and around the development.
