Guess who’s back?

Made in America II, the sequel to last year’s two-day festival down the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, will return for its second rendition Labor Day weekend.

Logistics for the Jay Z-inspired party were unveiled by Mayor Michael Nutter’s office Friday, laying out the rules and regulations for the organized chaos this Saturday and Sunday.

Three stages will host the more than 30 acts, curated by Jay Z, which includes Beyoncé and Nine Inch Nails.Doors will open both days at Noon and performances will start at 2 p.m.

For the estimated 120,000 ticket-holders – 60,000 each day – here’s the deal:

Security

You’ll be searched and patted-down before you enter, and you could be searched inside the event as well.The city said additional searches inside the venue are at the discretion of Festival security staff.

And re-entry is not permitted.

CAN bring

You are allowed to bring one bag or backpack and one sealed, plastic water bottle.

Also: towels, sunscreen, blankets, umbrellas, empty plastic bottles, hydration packs.

CANNOT bring

No weapons, fireworks/explosives, chairs, glass containers, glow sticks, laser pointers, coolers, skateboards/scooters, professional cameras, outside food or drink (besides “factory-sealed” water bottles), illegal or illicit substances, and pets (except trained service animals).

Entrances

Main: 22nd Steet and Parkway

Additional:23rd Street and Pennsylvania Ave. andMartin Luther King Drive at Eakins Oval.

SEPTA

In addition to extra trains along the Broad Street and Market-Frankford lines, SEPTA will run extra trolleys along the 11, 13, 34 and 36 routes both days of the concert, and the Center City trolley, which normally closes Sunday evenings, will remain open Sept. 1. Also, SEPTA has announced the route 10 trolley, which has been using shuttle buses during a track replacement project, will resume service Sept. 1.

SEPTA bus routes 7, 32, 33, 38, 43 and 48 will be detoured around the Parkway area from 5 a.m. Friday through noon Monday, due to road closures in connection with the festival.

Additional service will also be added to SEPTA’s regional rail lines.

Paid parking lots and garages are also available around the concert area.
