A man was shot early this morning after being caught in the center of an argument outside a North Philadelphia bar.
The victim, 51, was sitting outside of Kickstart Saloon, 2558 North 5th Street near Huntingdon Street, shortly before 12:15 a.m. when two groups of Hispanic males began arguing with each other.
The dispute erupted into violence when one man pulled out a gun and opened fire on the other group of men.
The shooter inadvertently struck the bystander in the upper right arm.
He was taken to Temple University Hospital, where he is in stable condition.
No arrests have yet been made.
