Man Critical After N. Philly Shooting

A man is in critical condition after a North Philadelphia shooting.

The victim, 23, flagged down a cab on the 800 block of W. Butler Street shortly before 9 p.m. last night. He was driven to Temple Hospital with gunshot wounds to the abdomen, hip and calf.

The victim was arguing over money with two men when they opened fire, according to the cab driver.
