Man shot four times in Oxford Circle robbery

Philadelphia police are investigating a robbery and shooting in Oxford Circle that left a man in critical condition.

Philadelphia police are seeking two armed robbers who shot their victim four times after taking his wallet and other property in Oxford Circle on Monday night.

The shooting happened about 9:15 p.m. on the 6600 block of Loretto Avenue, 6ABC Action News reported. The 28-year-old victim was hospitalized in critical condition with gunshot wounds to his chest, stomach and groin.

The victim had just arrived home from work when the suspects approached him as he exited his car. They forced him to the ground, then stole his wallet, which reportedly contained $500 and credit cards, and his house keys.
