On Friday night, Chef Jose Garces brought together local chefs for an evening of tastings, live music, dancing and a silent auction for Think Local, Give Local at the Loews Hotel.
The event benefitted the Garces Foundation, which aims to support Philly’s immigrant community through medical, educational and nutritional programming.
