On Tuesday night, WHYY celebrated culinary talent around the Delaware Valley for Best of the Chefs: Fusion Edition. 300 foodies were in attendance to sample dishes and cast their votes for the following award categories: Best Savory, Best Sweet, Best Beverage and of course, Best of the Chefs.
Participating restaurants and caterers included: Dim Sum House, 12th Street Catering, Bassetts Ice Cream, Fine Palate, Revolution Taco, DiAntonio’s Catering, The Farm Truck, Yards Brewing Company, The Little Lion and The Sweet Life Bakeshop.
There was even live music provided by Trinidelphia and Mole Street. Cocktails were sponsored by Eight Oaks Craft Distillers.
