Sabina suspect appears in court

NORTHERN LIBERTIES – The suspect in the high-profile murder of popular waitress Sabina O’Donnell last summer appeared in court yesterday for a brief hearing, according to reports. Donte Johnson, 20, of North Philadelphia appeared with a new attorney, who said his client would proceed to a trial. Johnson will next appear in court Jan. 18 for another hearing.
